1. Data controller

The data controller is TYNEX 1711 SYSTEMS SRL. For information about data processing or to exercise your rights, email info@tynex1711.com.

3. Data you provide when contacting us

If you email, call or contact us on WhatsApp, we process the information you provide: for example, your name, contact details, professional role, message and product information. We use it to reply, provide assistance or prepare a proposal you have requested.

The legal basis is taking steps at the data subject’s request before entering into a contract (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR) or, for business representatives, the legitimate interest in handling business correspondence (point (f)). Any legal obligations are based on point (c). Providing information is optional, but without the necessary details we may be unable to reply. Contacting us does not automatically subscribe you to newsletters.

4. Cookies and language storage

The pages do not include advertising or marketing pixels. Fonts and images are served by the website itself. The language preference function and any technical hosting security tools are described below.

Language preference: tynex-language
The browser’s local storage (localStorage) stores the current language code: it, en, ro or es. It is used to reopen the catalogue in the same language. It contains no visitor identifier and the website’s code does not send it to external services. It has no automatic expiry: it remains until the website’s data are cleared, either manually or by the browser.
Possible Cloudflare technical cookies
Depending on the security features actually enabled, Cloudflare may set cookies to distinguish legitimate traffic from automated traffic or remember a security check. Their presence and duration depend on the service and its configuration. Details are available in the Cloudflare Cookies documentation.

You can delete the language preference and any cookies in your browser settings. Strictly necessary technical tools do not require consent; disabling them may require you to choose your language again or interfere with security checks.

Visit analytics: We do not use visit analytics tools.

5. Social media and external links

Social networks and WhatsApp are accessed through ordinary links; the pages do not embed their feeds, videos or widgets. Opening an external link takes you to another service, which processes data under its own privacy notice. Email links open your email application.

6. Recipients and international transfers

Data may be processed by authorised staff and providers needed for hosting, security, email and communications, within the scope of their tasks. Where it processes data on the company’s behalf, Cloudflare acts as a processor under its service terms. See the Cloudflare Privacy Policy and Cloudflare Data Processing Addendum.

Company email is managed through Zoho Mail, which processes messages, correspondents’ contact details and any attachments on the company’s behalf as part of the service and under the applicable agreements. See the Zoho Privacy Policy and Zoho’s information on its Data Processing Addendum.

Cloudflare’s global network may involve processing outside the European Economic Area, including in the United States. The applicable mechanisms and safeguards are described in the linked Cloudflare documents, including standard contractual clauses where necessary. You can request information or a copy of the safeguards from the controller. Data are not sold.

For Zoho Mail, the location of data depends on the region associated with the company account and the services used. Any transfers or access from countries outside the European Economic Area are governed by the applicable agreements and the safeguards described in Zoho’s documentation, including standard contractual clauses where necessary. You can ask the controller for information on the service region and applicable safeguards.

7. Data retention

Technical data are retained according to the periods and criteria of the Cloudflare services used: for as long as necessary to deliver and secure the service, taking into account its configuration, any incident handling and applicable obligations. Information on the provider’s processing is available in its privacy policy; you can ask the controller for further details about the services used.

Enquiry data are retained to handle and complete the request and any related follow-up. For enquiries closed without a contractual relationship, further retention is limited to 12 months after closure, only where still needed to handle possible follow-up; data are deleted sooner if no longer necessary. Data needed to comply with legal obligations or protect a legal right may be retained for the period relevant to those purposes.

These criteria also apply to emails and attachments managed through Zoho Mail. Any backup copies held by the provider are subject to the service’s technical deletion periods. The language preference remains in the browser as described in section 4.

8. Your rights

Where Articles 15–22 GDPR apply, you may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction and portability of your data, and object to processing based on legitimate interests. Email info@tynex1711.com.

You may lodge a complaint with the competent supervisory authority, including in the country where you live or work. The Romanian authority is ANSPDCP (Autoritatea Națională de Supraveghere a Prelucrării Datelor cu Caracter Personal). The website does not carry out automated decision-making or profiling.
